The 14th Annual Dirt Nitro Challenge!
General Scheduling Info
For the winter months, we are on a reduced schedule. We race every Saturday at 11:00AM, with the track opening around 9:00AM. On Saturday's you're more than welcome to come out and practice as well, as both the 1/8 and 1/10 tracks will be watered for best traction. Racing is $15 for the 1st class and $10 for additional classes. Practice is $10 for the day.
On Other days, the track is open for practice but not watered and power is not provided. Just stop by the business office to pay the practice fee and pick up your wrist band. The Business office is the beige building on the east side of 99th Ave., North of McDowell Road by about 1/2 mile.
Drivers Needed
Fear Farm R/C Raceway has three tracks, each is purpose-built for particular vehicles and ability levels. No matter if you drive electric or Nitro, 1/10th scale or 1/8th; We have the perfect track for you! Come check us out...

Quick's R/C has been the Hobby Shop home of Fear Farm since the beginning and we appreciate their support greatly! Clay and the boys are regulars on a race day and they sent us this video of how things go down!
We have some upcoming special events including the Nitro Challenge, presented by "The Dirt Racing" and Joey Christensen. The Nitro Challenge is turning 14 in 2013 and for the 2nd year, Fear Farm R/C Raceway will be hosting this illustrius event. The dates for the 2013 Nitro Challenge are February 20th-24th. The focus of the Nitro Challenge is always 1/8 buggy and Truggy but all three tracks will again be used for this Nitro Challenge. Unlike last year, the 1/10th and 1/5th tracks will have dedicated personel to run those programs and not just any Race Director/Announcer will be in charge. Stay tuned to see what giant name will play a huge role in this event!!
